St. Louis

We took off for a quick long weekend trip during fall break to St. Louis. It was pretty spur of the moment. We didn't tell Cooper and secretly packed and loaded the car. Friday (Oct 5), when J came home from lunch and stayed... Coop knew something was up. He thought we were going to Chick Fil A. Haha! Once we told him, he was very excited for a family adventure.

J found this vegan restaurant for us to try. It was so good! vegan enchiladas
jackfruit carnitas
her first hotel experience
zoo!

Besides June getting sick in the hotel Sunday night, it was such a fun trip. The kids liked to take walks around the hotel  (it was a huge circle). We had snacks in the hotel atrium at night, and the pool was a hit. Once the kids get older, I think they will enjoy the museums more. So I guess we will have to take another trip!
