Our Saturday

The weather yesterday was AMAZING.  We decided to head to the zoo.  Coop and I go during the week with friends, so it was fun for J to see how much Coop loves going.  Thankfully, we got there early since we weren't the only ones with the idea to go to the zoo.  By the time we left (1:30), it was a madhouse trying to see the animals.

After a quick stop at Lowes, we headed home.  Coop just had to play outside... and it was such a nice day, we had to let him!  I opened up the sunroom and sat and watched the boys play. Swinging and drawing with chalk were the main activities!

[34] Round 2

I am so, so happy to be posting this!  And from home!  I've never been this pregnant before. :)

3 weeks til full term; 6 weeks til due date

34 weeks ~

Baby is the size of a cantaloupe (~5 lbs)

Craving: Lemon Poppy Seed anything and guacamole

Maternity Clothes:  For sure.

Sleep: I think the time has come... I'm waking up every time I roll over and just not sleeping well.   And those nightly bathroom trips are more often.  And longer now that our master doesn't have a toilet!

Aversions: Nothing really

Gender prediction: Girl

Name(s): I think we have decided!  But we won't be sharing. :)

Labor signs: Braxton Hicks and some contractions as I get closer to needing my shot.  Last Friday, they were coming more often than I would like, so I went to the doctor.  Everything checked out fine though.

Belly Button: mostly in

Wedding Rings:  on

Feeling: Tired.  I'm so happy to have made it this far without complications, but I'm new to all of this. :)  The heartburn has also come back. I pretty much have it everyday now.  BUT so happy to be pregnant and not on bed rest!

Looking forward to:  Going to the zoo tomorrow and Easter!

Movement: Baby moves. A lot.  Sometimes he/she keeps me from going to sleep!

Next appointment: Monday

Sprinkle!

I didn't think I would have a shower for my second, but Susan offered to throw me one.  I'm so glad I let her.  The food was SO SO good and I got to spend time with my favorite people celebrating our little one.  Almost everyone was able to make it, which made it that much more fun. :)

32 weeks ~

Baby is the size of a large jicama

Craving: Lemon Poppy Seed anything and guacamole

Maternity Clothes:  For sure. I still have a few outfits that I can fit into that aren't maternity, but for the most part, I am wearing them.

Sleep: I think the time has come... I'm waking up every time I roll over and just not sleeping well.

Aversions: Nothing really

Gender prediction: We think girl.  According to heart rate and babybpm.com, it's a boy.  Only time will tell!  Coop is always talking about his baby sister; it's so cute.  Hope he's not disappointed if it's a boy!

Built in Bookcase Redo

And with this latest project, we are calling the living room/play room DONE!

Move in Day

Painting

Bookshelves everywhere

White washed brick

All loaded up

Finished!

Of course, the pictures make it look easy... and most of it was.  But. Those. Doors.  They are warped and unlevel and holes didn't line up... and we ended up adding a small piece of wood to the top so we would have something for the doors to rest on.  So it took us a week just to hang 6 doors.  But we did it.  It's done.  Let's just hope the paint cures without us having to touch up too much (30ish days to fully cure.)
