After many months and much labor, we proudly present our (almost) finished redone landscaping! We just need to find and plant a crepe myrtle by the garage. The variety originally suggested was nowhere to be found, and I haven't gotten around to calling nurseries to ask about the new suggestions. And since the landscaping has been complete for over a month, it's blooming now! So these after pics are prettier than they would have been a month ago. Procrastination wins again.

All the plants are pretty low growing since our windows are so low. We have a few plants that will get bigger in time to give some height variety. And since we don't have traditional bushes- no trimming! We shouldn't have to trim anything at all really for 2-3 years! Woot woot! Low maintenance was our top goal. We also love the variety of textures and colors. We can't wait for it to fill in and mature... but then again we can. :)
