Last week, I decided it was time to work on Cooper's sleep before the holiday craziness was upon us. I wanted him to SLEEP and put himself to sleep. Getting up 4-5 times a night was becoming more than I could handle... so I read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child. Game. Changer. We are on a schedule now, and we have a napping, happy child AND a happy momma!! I will go into more detail later, but I am pretty pumped about it!
